FIS SKI WORLD CUP IN VAL GARDENA
It’s goosebumps season everyone!
The cold weather has got nothing to do with it: get ready for an exciting Ski World Cup on the renownedSaslong slope.
The races kick off on Friday 19 December with the Super-G – followed the very next day by thedownhill race. The athletes have to stock up on courage, stamina and strength to overcome the steep slope, the long plateau part, the ‘Kamelbuckel’ (camel’s hump) and the Ciaslat. In spite of these tough technical aspects this venue is one of the most loved in the ski circus calendar and athletes are raring to go!
